A UK London court has sentenced former Goldman Sachs analyst (Conflicts Resolution Group) Mohammed Zina to 22 months jail for insider trading with $178,000 profit (£142,000) and Tesco Bank $120,000 (£95,000) loan fraud.  The insider stock trades took place between 2016 & 2017, involving ARM Holdings, Alternative Networks, Punch Taverns, Shawbrook, HSN & Snyder’s Lance.  The UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) had filed charges against Goldman Sachs analyst Mohammed Zina and his brother Suhail Zina who was found not guilty.  Suhail Zina was an associate at law firm Clifford Chance.
