India is forecasted by S&P Intelligence to become the 3rd largest economy in the world by 2030 with $5.5 trillion GDP, overtaking Japan & Germany.  Currently, the top 5 largest economy are United States, China, Japan, Germany & India.  India has the 2nd largest population in the world with around 1.39 billion population and only China has more with 1.41 billion population.  The largest companies in India include Reliance Industries, Tata Consultancy, Infosys, Hindustan Unilever, Bharti Airtel, Adani Enterprises, HDFC Bank, ICIC Bank and State Bank of India.
