Schroders, one of European largest asset manager with $939 billion AUM (Assets under Management), has hired JP Morgan Asset Management Swa Wu as Investment Director (Credit) for Schroders Asia fixed income business. Swa Wu joins Schroders from JP Morgan Asset Management after more than 10 years, where she last held the role of Senior Fixed Income Investment Specialist (Executive Director). Swa Wu as Schroders Investment Director for Credit, will be focused on Schroders Global & Asian credit strategies, and will report to Jonathan Harris, Schroders Investment Director for Credit. Schroders Investment Director for Credit Jonathan Harris: “Swa’s arrival further supports Schroders’ focus on expanding our considerable credit capability in Asia. We are continually looking at ways in which we can better deliver the breadth of investment opportunities that credit can provide to our clients and this appointment will enhance our ability to do so.” As of June 2022, Schroders manages around £146.9 billion in Fixed Income strategies.
