Hamilton Lane, a leading private markets investment manager with $832 billion AUM (Assets under Management) has formed a partnership with Southeast Asia alternative assets marketplace Alta to provide investors with access to Hamilton Lane Evergreen Private Markets fund, providing investors with low investment minimum (instead of the typical minimum of $5 million or $10 million) and with monthly or quarterly liquidity. Hamilton Lane Evergreen strategies are designed to provide private markets access with a single allocation, monthly or quarterly limited liquidity, low investment minimums. Hamilton Lane: “Hamilton Lane recently released its 2023 Market Overview report, in which it noted that private markets continued to outperform public markets in 2022, beating public strategies across the board. Hamilton Lane’s Senior Credit Opportunities Fund (SCOPE)

The Fund is structured as an evergreen vehicle, which generally allows for monthly subscriptions and monthly liquidity with a lower investment minimum relative to traditional closed- end structures.
